Energy Healing and Transformation- $160 US
Sessions focus on healing emotional and spiritual wounds showing up in your life as physical ailments or fears and doubts such as anxiety, claustrophobia, feeling stuck, and many other symptoms. These interactive session let your body and subconscious mind guide us safely to the trigger and create an intervention to safely process the event or events.
Energy Revitalization - $125 US
Energy hygiene is nothing new. Many people incorporate daily habits to clear their aura, ground and center, and balance the seven major etheric body chakras. Energy revitalization does all that plus clears and balances the seven major Spiritual body chakras, opens the energy passages between the Spiritual and Etheric chakras, and opens the channels moving up and down within your energy systems. You will feel invigorated, refreshed, and focused. Following a simple daily breathing exercise, you maintain the free flow of energy through all your chakra and energy systems.
Coaching Discovery Session - $150 US
The 90-minute Discovery Session creates the starting point for your spiritual growth, life goals, or career aspirations. We focus your needs, goals and objectives, and timelines to create a plan. The plan provides the basis for our work and is supplemented with a meeting schedule, agreed responsibilities, measured deliverables. Together these are known as a coaching agreement.
Life and Spiritual Coaching - $125 US
Individual coaching sessions work from the plan. We check on progress, agree on this session’s focus, work through blockers, make course corrections, set follow-up tasks, and schedule the next session. Sometimes emerging issues crop up. By mutual agreement, we can work through it instead of the original plan.
Career Planning and Development - $650 US
Whether you are just starting out or looking to make a change, this six session process guides you through clarifying your goals, creating the vision, building the plan, and taking the first steps. Each session we review progress, evaluate blocks, knowledge gaps, skill gaps, motivators, and inhibitors. We create plans and work through limitations to keep you moving forward and adapt to changes.
