This workshop is for you
Walk in Balance provides you with experiential techniques and methods designed to help you find happiness and peace of mind. You will understand your triggers and how to calm them. With some simple practices added to your daily routines , you become focused, and in control. Learn healing and release skills to handle difficult situations, relieve deep seated stresses ,and conquer your fears with the confidence of being in tune with your inner wisdom. Give yourself peace of mind.
Balance allows us to experience our authentic self. We reconnect the four aspects of self - mind, body, heart, and spirit - to bring forth our inner and outer voices experiencing wholeness. We create a space free from "I should" and "I shouldn't" and instead experience "I am" and "I want". We understand our true desires and needs. We see our obligations balanced with our needs. We create focus for our lives.
Grace can now enter our mind, our body, our heart, and our spirit. Grace opens our vision to possibilities planting the seeds of peace, happiness, joy, fulfillment. The world does not magically change, rather you magically transform from the victim to the creator. You emerge from the stupor of day-to-day live into the beauty of creation.

"The most authentic, empowering, and healing shamanic workshop I've experienced - sacred and truly transformational. Thank you for holding space, showing up, and empowering me to to be about my passion and purpose.
In Love and Light,
"Ceremony. I always love ceremony the most. I loved that the various parts of me were able to speak the truth to me. I appreciate your leadership in guiding the group, making sure everyone was heard and that healing occurred where it was needed. Your leadership jelled the group and helped us bond strongly. So, so grateful for you." - Deb L.
"I loved the pyramid tool - easy and effective. Creating a medicine wheel [myself] was a new experience for me. I will do it again". - Yvette M.
